Shipping is free within Spain for orders over €350; for orders under this amount and for all other destinations, a shipping fee applies depending on the country, which will be displayed at checkout. Delivery within Spain typically takes 24-72 business hours.

All orders include tracking for real-time package tracking. (We do not ship to certain destinations such as Madeira, the Azores, Gibraltar, or restricted countries.)

Yes. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item.

- Orders within the European Union: go to the online returns form and choose your preferred option: drop-off at a DHL Service Point (with QR code or printed label, completely free of charge) or home pickup with DHL. You can also return it free of charge at our store at Paseo de Gracia 93, Barcelona.

- Orders outside the European Union: please contact our customer service team for specific instructions. Return fees apply for these destinations, available on our website.

Conditions: items must be unused, in perfect condition, with their original packaging and the security tag intact. Footwear and accessories must be returned with their original boxes and bags, inside a protective outer box. We do not accept returns of underwear, swimwear, socks, face masks, food products, body care products, make-up, perfumes or jewellery.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method once the return has been received (up to 5 working days depending on the method).

Yes, you can pay in instalments:
- Sequra (Spain only): for purchases from €50 to €3,000. Pay in 3 interest-free instalments, or split into 4, 6, 12 or 18 months with a fixed service fee.
- Klarna (euro payments, not available in Spain): pay within 30 days, in 3 instalments or finance over several months. Limits vary by country.
- PayPal: pay in 3 instalments for purchases from €30 to €2,000.
