Returns:

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return for any purchase that complies with our return policy. Below you will find the available options and instructions:

  • Home Collection: You may request a return via our GLS collection service by completing the returns form. You can select the day and a time slot of at least two hours for the collection at your chosen address. Collections must be scheduled at least one day in advance. For the rest of Europe, collection will take place during the day without a specific time slot. No shipping label is required, as the courier will provide it.

(All returns within mainland Spain will incur a cost of €10, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. For all other countries, the cost will be €25.)

  • In-store Return: If you prefer, you can also return your purchase free of charge at our store located at Paseo de Gracia 93, Barcelona.

PLEASE NOTE:

Returns must meet the following conditions:

  • We do not accept returns of underwear, swimwear, socks, face masks, food products, body care products, make-up, perfumes, or jewellery.

  • Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging, and with the security tag intact.

  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and protective bags, if provided, and placed inside an outer protective box for shipping.

  • When trying on shoes, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.

  • Returns of dresses will only be accepted if they are in perfect condition, unworn, with original tags and packaging. Santa Eulalia reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges:

Any change of size or model will be processed as a return and a new purchase, in order to ensure proper traceability and control of the process.
