Product - Returns information

Returns:

To process a return, you have 14 days from receipt of your order for any purchase that meets our returns policy. You will find the instructions and available options below:

  • Drop-off at a DHL Service Point (QR code or printed label): Fill in the returns form and choose drop-off at a DHL Service Point near your postcode. You will receive by email a QR code (no need to print anything) or a label to print, depending on the option selected. Returns are free of charge within the European Union.
  • Home pickup: You can request a return through our pickup service, with DHL, by filling in the returns form. You can choose the day that suits you best; pickups take place on working days between 11:30 am and 6:30 pm. You do not need a shipping label, as the courier will bring it along.
  • Return in store: If you prefer, you can also return your order at our store at Paseo de Gracia 93, Barcelona, free of charge.

Any size or model exchange will be handled as a return followed by a new purchase, in order to ensure proper traceability and control of the process.

Remember:

Returns must meet the conditions detailed below:

  • We do not accept returns of underwear, swimwear, socks, face masks, food products, body care products, make-up, perfumes or jewellery.
  • Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging and with the security tag intact.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the brand's original boxes and protective bags, whenever provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
  • When trying on footwear, please be careful not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
  • Returns of dresses will only be accepted if they are in perfect condition, unused, with their original tags and packaging; Santa Eulalia reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
