Product - Return information

Returns 
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return for any purchase that complies with our return policy. Please find the available options and instructions below: 

  • Home pickup: You may request a return through our pickup service with GLS by completing the return form at https://apps.envialog.com/santaeulalia/. You can choose the pickup date and a minimum 2-hour time slot at the address provided. Pickups must be scheduled at least one day in advance. For the rest of Europe, pickup will take place during the day without a specific time slot. No shipping label is required, as the courier will bring it.

All returns have a fixed cost of €10 (mainland Spain only), which will be deducted from the refunded amount. 

The return cost is €25 for the following destinations: 
• Spain: Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands 
• European Economic Area

  • In-store returns: If you prefer, you may return your item in person at our store located at Paseo de Gracia 93, Barcelona.

Exchanges 
• Product exchanges are processed through the standard return procedure followed by a new purchase, in order to ensure proper tracking and control of the process.
