Shipping is free within Spain for orders over €350; for orders under this amount and for all other destinations, a shipping fee applies depending on the country, which will be displayed at checkout. Delivery within Spain typically takes 24-72 business hours.

All orders include tracking for real-time package tracking. (We do not ship to certain destinations such as Madeira, the Azores, Gibraltar, or restricted countries.)

Yes. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item.

- Orders within the European Union: request a pickup through the online return form. Returns are completely free.

- Orders outside the European Union: drop your order off at a DHL service point together with the return note included in your parcel (service "Shipments" → "I have a DHL Express return shipment" → "I have printed the DHL label"). Return rates apply for these destinations and can be checked on our website.

Conditions: items must be unused and in perfect condition, with their original packaging and the security tag intact. Footwear and accessories must be returned with their original boxes and dust bags, inside a protective outer box. We do not accept returns of underwear, swimwear, socks, face masks, food products, body-care products, make-up, perfumes or jewellery.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received (up to 5 business days depending on the method).

Yes, you can pay in instalments:
- Sequra (Spain only): for purchases from €50 to €3,000. Pay in 3 interest-free instalments, or split into 4, 6, 12 or 18 months with a fixed service fee.
- Klarna (euro payments, not available in Spain): pay within 30 days, in 3 instalments or finance over several months. Limits vary by country.
- PayPal: pay in 3 instalments for purchases from €30 to €2,000.
